Review Our Blog- Round 8

CareerRamblings may have changed hands, but we’re continuing the review our blog promotion. Round 8 brought in some much appreciated reviews.

The new reviews in round 8 came from the following sites:

This round we saw both high and low quality reviews. While we appreciate any review at all, the value of quality far outweighs the value of quantity. Some examples of high quality reviews that came in this round:
Blogging It For Cash - They explained what Career Ramblings is all about.
Abhishek Kumar - Explained Career Ramblings and offered some criticism as well.

Thank you for all of your reviews! This promotion is still going and we are looking forward to round 9.

Criteria for getting a free backlink:

  • The review should link to the home page using the anchor text ”Career Development“.
  • The review should be a minimum 200 words.
  • It must have a link to this rules post somewhere in the review.
  • You must give an honest review.

Here is an example -

Career Ramblings writes many new and unique articles for those interested in career development and entrepreneur advice. If you do a review of their site, they will link to your review and send their readers to browse around your site.

If you review our site, we will then include a link to your site in one of our posts. If you already read Career Ramblings, why not take 10 minutes to write a review and receive a valuable backlink in exchange? Once you are done, post a link to your review in a comment on the bottom of this page. We monitor the comments section and every few weeks we make 1 big blog posting linking back to all the sites that reviewed us. For those web sites who have a similar niche to us, we might even include our own review of your site if we think our loyal readers can get value from your site. Thanks and we look forward to reading your reviews!

Thank you so much for the added feedback regarding my review, it does make it a lot easier to review sites that have quality content and advice to help others, I do enjoy reading the entries on your site and will continue to recommend this fantastic opportunity to others.

Thanks again

You should pay attenttion to what happened to John Chow after running this kind of scheme… he no longer ranks for his keywords, his own name / domain name or any of the topics of his popular posts…. he has been penalised by Google pretty badly…

Congrats on the keyword success.
As for JC being deleted, oh how the mighty fall, and all that. It’s karma, that’s all.

Just reviewed your site for your linkback program with my new experimental blog. I want to see what happens if my blog only gets promotion through linkback promotions. So I started a new one. Should be interesting.

This is a very good idea. Do you think people would do this if you had a PR 5 blog???
