Like you said, companies need that. In this case there is no conflict. The conflict arises amongst all the employees in the workplace (usually the majority) that desire the perks of owning their own business, but cannot bring themselves to take that mandatory leap of faith. I think most people strive to be an employee because its whats expected of them....Just like it was expected they go to HS, then college, get a job, ect.
