		<description>Have you watched Heroes?  There you can see that Japanese workers do some morning exercise to which even the boss attends. 

I agree some kind of activity, even non-sport, may be some hobby, sth where you can throw your energy accumulated.</description>

		<description>Very true post.  When I used to go jogging before starting my daytrading routine I would feel much more relaxed and less tired.  The last couple of weeks I have stopped doing any exercise and the results have showed.</description>

Staying physically active definitely helps improve one's mood, gives them energy, and also confidence.

And we definitely have an obesity and overweight problem that needs to be addressed.  I think that the work week does hold people back from exercise.  Many companies are setting aside time during the week for their employees to get exercise.  Others are even offering benefits/bonuses to those that lose weight.</description>
