		<description>I agree that change is a great way to help you rethink and find better ways of doing business.  But sometimes it can be a real pain in the butt.  

For instance, I had a majority of my income wiped out by a change to one of the search engines.  While I understand the importance of learning from each situation, it can be frustrating when the change comes unexpected.</description>

		<description>It is a good point that change is inevitable.  Many times, we cannot choose change, but must make the decision of whether or not we roll with it or fight it.  However, we also will come across opportunities to create change.  It is during those times that we must make sure some sense is applied to the change.</description>
