		<description>I have to agree with this, I would really like to work for myself, but I don't think I really have the aptitude for it. For one thing I am risk averse... I also don't like sharp practice and am not that competitive... that said, I do work hard and am very persistant... maybe that will see me through, have to see !</description>

		<description>That reminds me of something I heard from Robert Kiyosaki.  In one of this books, he talks about how you can identify an entrepreneur from the words he/she uses.  For instance, if a person uses the words like "security" and "safety", then they're still stuck in the "worker" mindset.</description>
